I decided it would be a lovely idea to bring you all a new delicious pintxo discovery each tuesday. A basic crash course for the uninitiated: here in Spain, it's popular to hop from bar to bar, grabbing a snack off the counter and a wine/beer/whatev at each spot. These snacks are tapas. Here in Basque Country, they're pintxos. And here in Donostia (San Sebastián) they're world class. There's a lot of love to share, so here are some from my absolute favorite spots in the city.
