Monday I attended the official inauguration party of my friend Jon's gastrotour business, San Sebastián Food.
Cava and txakoli were passed at the event, which was held in the (packed) relatively new offices on Calle Aldamar.
Local products (cheese, jams, etc) were served to folks in the food business across the city...everyone from txakoli makers to IXO group marketing heads to chefs.
I'm so excited for Jon and his business as they continue to grow (and as you can see from the walnut calling card above, do things right). I can't recommend them enough; quality folks giving quality tours.
And one of my favorite food shots/memories ever, to close, the paella I made for a summer event at the office. As delicious as it was beautiful.
