Today's tapa, Barcelona edition, is a creation of Ferran Adriá. His famous famous famous spherification olives now live on at one of the Adriá brothers' latest ventures, Bodega 1900.  It's a haute bar who, like yours truly, lives for vermouth. And I'll post more about it later this week, but for now, a small taste of these salty wonders that explode in your mouth.
