La torrija, pain perdu, French toast… call it what you will, this dessert is deeee licious. Totally saturated with sugar, egg and cream, it's soft, creamy and yum. Covered with caramelized sugar, the contrast in textures is really rich. So rich that equally hard to eat the whole thing as resist doing so. And you know what? They've got them to-go, in their own special box. Que cool.
