I was a finalist in a pintxo competition here in town. Yay.
I entered a pintxo you may remember from a recent birthday party. Arancini-style ball with morcilla instead of risotto and Ossau-Iraty instead of mozzarella. Served over a guindilla mayonnaise and with a relish of guindillas and green peppers.
