Here there's no such thing as normal milk. There's super pasteurized UHT milk, lukewarm and tasting of cardboard. Then there's fresh and cold milk that comes from neighboring cows....incredible. This ancient food is available in ultra-modern machines all through Gipuzkoa. Riquisima.
