Sirimiri is the newest bar in San Sebastián. In the middle of the old part, they serve up traditional food and pintxos, like bacalao al ajoarriero and callos y morros, done right. The toasts, like the toast of escalivada, are recommendable; they stand out for their simplicity and the use of good product.
