I Swear, I'm Modest : My Interview on La Ser

So, last week during San Sebastián Gastronomika, the famed food conference about which I still owe you all a blogpost, I was interviewed by the charming Carlos of La Ser's food section.  La Ser is national Spanish radio, broadcast across the country.
