The Cookie: Behind The Scenes

Every day of Summer 2013, The Cookie rolled its electric-blue bike around, parked it in front of San Sebastián's famous La Concha beach, and sold America's favorite dessert: ice cream sandwiches. Artisan and handmade fresh daily, The Cookie ice cream sandwiches could be some of the best in not only Spain, but the world. Of course, it was my project, my sandwiches, so know I am biased.
